Like a lot of people imagine themselves in a cinema, what you see is on the screen, the sounds are coming from the speakers, and whatever 'you' are is sat in the room watching

however, what I realised was that there is noone, it's an empty room

there is only the perception itself

a boddy, our thoughts are thoughts. but they are not ours

they are just thoughts

there is just vision

there is just sounds

however the brain naturally combines all this into an illusion of self

which seperates you from reality

this leads to an ego arising

deep down you know this is a lie, and so a large part of your life is spent in drama and emotion to defend that lie

however if you really look at it, it fades away, you see the emperor has no clothes

What I want you to do now, is ask yourself, is what I'm saying a possibility

just for a moment, look at the world as if there is no see-er, no you behind the screen looking at your vision, but just vision itself
